Cynthia Brice, LMSW
Counselor
Middleton Office
Hi, my name is Cynthia Brice! I love being here in the beautiful state of Idaho where we have the prettiest outdoors. I love to find the beauty out there in nature. I thoroughly enjoy crocheting blankets in my free time. Being someone who hates the cold, I like to make sure the blankets that I make are extra big and cozy! I am part of that club that is not a fan of reading but I do enjoy learning new things. The biggest joy to me is spending time with my family. I am lucky to have the best crew! We enjoy going on little trips and just being together.

Rachel Hickmott, LMSW
Counselor
Middleton Office
I am Rachel Hickmott, LMSW. I live in the valley of Idaho with my partner and our two cats, Popeye and Olive. There is nothing I love more than a cozy night at home with my furry family, a scented candle, and a good show. I graduated with my master’s degree in social work from Boise State University in May of 2021. My values in social justice, empathy, and the dignity and worth of a person are what drew me to this field of work.

Melanie Pilot, LPC
Counselor
Middleton Office
I am Melanie Pilot, LPC. I obtained a master’s degree in Christian Counseling Psychology from George Fox University in Oregon. I am a licensed counselor intern in the State of Idaho. I worked as a social worker in Child Welfare for 21 years helping families and children work through issues of abuse and neglect to improve their relationships. Prior to that I worked doing couples and individual counseling. Earlier in my career, I also taught elementary school and worked in a group home. I enjoy working with people to find common ground and a healing path.

Tessa LeFavour, LPC
Counselor
Middleton Office
Hello, my name is Tessa!
I was blessed to be able to marry my best friend of 35 years and walk hand in hand with him for the last
11. Together we have raised a beautiful family and enjoy spending every spare minute with them as we
learn to see the world anew through the eyes of our grandson. We love the outdoors whether it be trips
to the park, exploring new areas or just taking a drive to check out the scenery.
