Tessa LeFavour, Master Level Intern

About Me

Hello, my name is Tessa!

I was blessed to be able to marry my best friend of 35 years and walk hand in hand with him for the last
11 years. Together we have raised a beautiful family and enjoy spending every spare minute with them as we
learn to see the world anew through the eyes of our grandson. We love the outdoors whether it be trips
to the park, exploring new areas or just taking a drive to check out the scenery.
My life’s work has always been about helping others in anyway that I can. I am an ally of the
LGBTQ+ community and want you to know that you are safe here.
I am a master’s level intern completing my final year in the Clinical Mental Health program at Southern
New Hampshire University. I hold a bachelor’s degree in child psychology and specialize in working with
individuals from all walks of life.

Therapeutic Approach

Every person has their own journey, their own story that is unique to them and I understand that there
is no one size fits all therapy that will help everyone. I pull from many different theories to help each
person find the path they want to be on to succeed.

I have loved coming to Middleton Counseling. After having a bad experience with my first counselor, coming here was a great relief. They are so kind and friendly and I always feel safe and comfortable talking to them.

Middleton counseling has been very helpful and easy to work with. I had a session of the accelerated resolution therapy had have been pleased with the out come. Highly recommend.

A wonderful experience. I enjoy going there.
